{"id":1828,"date":"2019-10-23T14:51:26","date_gmt":"2019-10-23T04:51:26","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/timeslawyers.com.au\/?post_type=legal_services&#038;p=1828"},"modified":"2022-09-19T17:46:42","modified_gmt":"2022-09-19T07:46:42","slug":"stamp-duty","status":"publish","type":"legal_services","link":"https:\/\/timeslawyers.com.au\/zh-hans\/legal_services\/stamp-duty\/","title":{"rendered":"\u5370\u82b1\u7a0e"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>\u5370\u82b1\u7a0e<\/h2>\n<p><strong>\u5728\u60a8\u8d2d\u4e70\u623f\u4ea7\u7684\u540c\u65f6\uff0c\u60a8\u5c06\u4f1a\u9700\u8981\u652f\u4ed8\u8f6c\u8ba9\u7a0e\uff08\u53c8\u79f0\u4e3a\u201c\u5370\u82b1\u7a0e\u201d\uff09\u3002<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u5982\u679c\u60a8\u8981\u8d2d\u4e70\u623f\u4ea7\uff0c\u5219\u8981\u4e86\u89e3\u60a8\u9700\u8981\u652f\u4ed8\u591a\u5c11\u623f\u4ea7\u8f6c\u8ba9\u7a0e\uff1f\u6216\u8005\uff0c\u60a8\u662f\u5426\u6709\u8d44\u683c\u7533\u8bf7\u51cf\u514d\u623f\u4ea7\u8f6c\u8ba9\u7a0e\uff1f\u5982\u679c\u60a8\u7b26\u5408\u7533\u8bf7\u8d44\u683c\uff0c\u60a8\u5728\u59d4\u6258\u6211\u4eec\u5904\u7406\u6709\u5173\u60a8\u623f\u4ea7\u4e70\u5356\u65f6\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u5c06\u4f1a\u4ee3\u60a8\u7533\u8bf7\u51cf\u514d\u623f\u4ea7\u8f6c\u8ba9\u7a0e\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u6211\u4eec\u662f\u7b26\u5408\u8d44\u683c\u7684\u8f6c\u8ba9\u7a0e\u81ea\u6211\u8bc4\u4f30\u6ce8\u518c\u8005\u3002\u8054\u7cfb\u6211\u4eec\u4ee5\u83b7\u5f97\u66f4\u591a\u5efa\u8bae\uff01<\/p>\n<h3>\u4ec0\u4e48\u662f\u5370\u82b1\u7a0e\uff1f<\/h3>\n<p>\u5370\u82b1\u7a0e\u4e5f\u88ab\u79f0\u4e3a\u201c\u8f6c\u8ba9\u7a0e\u201d\uff0c\u5b83\u662f\u5728\u623f\u4ea7\u53d1\u751f\u201c\u8f6c\u8ba9\u201d\u65f6\u9700\u8981\u652f\u4ed8\u7684\u4e00\u79cd\u7a0e\u91d1\u3002\u5370\u82b1\u7a0e\u662f\u7531\u623f\u4ea7\u8d2d\u4e70\u8005\u6765\u652f\u4ed8\u7684\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u9700\u8981\u652f\u4ed8\u5370\u82b1\u7a0e\u7684\u91d1\u989d\u53d6\u51b3\u4e8e\u623f\u4ea7\u7684\u8d2d\u4e70\u4ef7\u683c\u3002\u623f\u4ea7\u4ef7\u503c\u8d8a\u9ad8\uff0c\u4e70\u5bb6\u9700\u8981\u652f\u4ed8\u7684\u5370\u82b1\u7a0e\u91d1\u989d\u5c31\u8d8a\u9ad8\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5982\u679c\u60a8\u6253\u7b97\u5c06\u8be5\u623f\u4ea7\u5217\u4e3a\u60a8\u7684\u81ea\u4f4f\u623f\uff0c\u5e76\u4f1a\u5728\u8d2d\u4e70\u8be5\u623f\u4ea7\u540e\u642c\u5165\u5c45\u4f4f\uff0c\u90a3\u4e48\u60a8\u53ef\u4ee5\u7533\u8bf7\u5370\u82b1\u7a0e\u51cf\u514d\u3002\u5982\u679c\u8fd9\u662f\u60a8\u8d2d\u7f6e\u7684\u7b2c\u4e00\u4e2a\u623f\u4ea7\uff0c\u5e76\u4e14\u60a8\u5c06\u4f1a\u5728\u8d2d\u7f6e\u540e\u642c\u5165\u5c45\u4f4f\u7684\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u53ef\u4ee5\u4e3a\u60a8\u7533\u8bf7\u201c\u9996\u6b21\u8d2d\u623f\u514d\u7a0e\u201d\uff0c\u4f46\u8fd9\u4e5f\u9700\u8981\u53d6\u51b3\u60a8\u8d2d\u7f6e\u7684\u623f\u4ea7\u4ef7\u503c\u800c\u5b9a\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4f46\u662f\uff0c\u5982\u679c\u60a8\u5e76\u975e\u6fb3\u5927\u5229\u4e9a\u516c\u6c11\uff0c\u90a3\u4e48\u60a8\u5c06\u4e0d\u80fd\u83b7\u5f97\u4efb\u4f55\u5370\u82b1\u7a0e\u7a0e\u91d1\u7684\u51cf\u514d\uff0c\u9664\u6b64\u4e4b\u5916\u6309\u7167\u8981\u6c42\u60a8\u8fd8\u5c06\u88ab\u8981\u6c42\u652f\u4ed8\u989d\u5916\u7684\u5370\u82b1\u7a0e\uff0c\u53c8\u79f0\u201c\u6d77\u5916\u4eba\u58eb\u989d\u5916\u8f6c\u8ba9\u7a0e\u91d1\uff08AFAD\uff09\u201d\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5982\u679c\u60a8\u6709\u9700\u8981\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u5f88\u613f\u610f\u4e3a\u60a8\u8bc4\u4f30\u60a8\u9700\u8981\u652f\u4ed8\u7684\u5370\u82b1\u7a0e\u91d1\u989d\uff0c\u5e76\u4e3a\u60a8\u586b\u5199\u9700\u8981\u7533\u8bf7\u7684\u76f8\u5173\u8868\u683c\uff0c\u4ee3\u8868\u60a8\u5411\u6fb3\u6d32\u56fd\u5bb6\u7a0e\u52a1\u5c40\uff08OSR\uff09\u7533\u8bf7\u5370\u82b1\u7a0e\u7684\u6ce8\u518c\u5de5\u4f5c\u3002<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #4379ba;\"><strong>\u9700\u8981\u7f34\u7eb3\u5370\u82b1\u7a0e\u7684\u51e0\u79cd\u60c5\u51b5\uff1a<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u5f53\u60a8\u8d2d\u4e70\u571f\u5730\u6216\u4e0d\u52a8\u4ea7\u65f6\uff08\u9664\u975e\u60a8\u6709\u8d44\u683c\u7533\u8bf7\u9996\u6b21\u8d2d\u623f\u7a0e\u989d\u51cf\u514d\uff0c\u4e14\u60a8\u8d2d\u7f6e\u7684\u623f\u4ea7\u91d1\u989d\u5728$550,000.00
