href=\"https:\/\/timeslawyers.com.au\/zh-hant\/legal_services\/separation-divorce\/\">\u96e2\u5a5a<\/a>\u7684\u554f\u984c\uff1f\u5728\u9019\u7a2e\u60c5\u6cc1\u4e0b\uff0c\u60a8\u9700\u8981\u8003\u616e\u5176\u4e2d\u5f88\u91cd\u8981\u7684\u4e00\u9ede\u5c31\u662f\u5982\u4f55\u9032\u884c\u8ca1\u7522\u5206\u5272\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u9019\u662f\u6307\u60a8\u7121\u9700\u901a\u904e\u8a34\u8a1f\u7684\u65b9\u5f0f\u8207\u60a8\u7684\u524d\u4f34\u4fb6\u5c31\u5bb6\u5ead\u5167\u7684\u8cc7\u7522\u9032\u884c\u8ca1\u7522\u5206\u5272\u3002<\/p>\n<h3>\u8ca1\u7522\u5206\u5272\uff08\u8ca1\u7522<strong>\u6e05<\/strong>\u7b97\uff09<\/h3>\n<p>\u5728\u5bb6\u5ead\u4e2d\uff0c\u60a8\u53ef\u80fd\u6703\u9664\u4e86\u8207\u60a8\u7684\u524d\u4f34\u4fb6\u64c1\u6709\u806f\u540d\u7684\u8cc7\u7522\u5916\u9084\u6709\u64c1\u6709\u4e00\u4e9b\u5c6c\u65bc\u60a8\u81ea\u5df1\u7684\u500b\u4eba\u8cc7\u7522\u3002\u7576\u7136\u8207\u6b64\u540c\u6642\uff0c\u60a8\u7684\u524d\u4f34\u4fb6\u4e5f\u76f8\u540c\u6703\u64c1\u6709\u5728\u81ea\u5df1\u540d\u4e0b\u7684\u8cc7\u7522\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u7576\u60a8\u548c\u4f34\u4fb6\u9593\u7684\u95dc\u4fc2\u7834\u88c2\uff0c\u5c0e\u81f4\u5206\u5c45\u6216\u96e2\u5a5a\u7684\u60c5\u6cc1\u767c\u751f\u6642\uff0c\u6700\u660e\u667a\u7684\u505a\u6cd5\u662f\u5728\u5f7c\u6b64\u9593\u7684\u95dc\u4fc2\u9032\u4e00\u6b65\u60e1\u5316\u524d\u8655\u7406\u597d\u60a8\u5011\u7684\u8ca1\u7522\u5206\u5272\u554f\u984c\u3002\u5982\u679c\u60a8\u53ef\u4ee5\u9806\u5229\u7684\u8207\u60a8\u7684\u524d\u4f34\u4fb6\u5c31\u5bb6\u5ead\u8ca1\u7522\u5206\u5272\u9054\u6210\u4e00\u81f4\u7684\u5354\u8b70\uff0c\u90a3\u9019\u5c31\u662f\u6211\u5011\u6240\u6307\u7684\u201c<span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">\u8ca1\u7522\u5206\u5272<\/span>\u201d \u6216 \u201c<span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">\u8ca1\u7522\u6e05\u7b97<\/span>\u201d\u3002<\/p>\n<h3>\u5168\u9762\u4e14\u5b8c\u6574\u5730\u62ab\u9732\u8cc7\u7522\u60c5\u6cc1<\/h3>\n<p>\u70ba\u4e86\u4fc3\u4f7f\u96d9\u65b9\u5c0d\u65bc\u8ca1\u7522\u6e05\u7b97\u7684\u5354\u8b70\u9054\u6210\u5171\u8b58\uff0c\u60a8\u548c\u60a8\u7684\u524d\u4f34\u4fb6\u5747\u9700\u8aa0\u5be6\u4e14\u5b8c\u6574\u5730\u76f8\u4e92\u62ab\u9732\u81ea\u5df1\u6240\u64c1\u6709\u7684\u6240\u6709\u8ca1\u7522\uff0c\u9019\u5176\u4e2d\u4e5f\u5305\u62ec\u60a8\u81ea\u5df1\u540d\u4e0b\u6240\u64c1\u6709\u7684\u6240\u6709\u8cc7\u7522\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5982\u679c\u96d9\u65b9\u6c92\u6709\u6309\u7167\u8981\u6c42\u62ab\u9732\u5404\u81ea\u6240\u64c1\u6709\u7684\u8ca1\u7522\uff0c\u90a3\u9ebd\u96d9\u65b9\u6240\u9054\u6210\u7684\u8ca1\u7522\u6e05\u7b97\u5354\u8b70\u6709\u53ef\u80fd\u6703\u6210\u70ba\u7121\u6548\u5354\u8b70\u3002\u56e0\u6b64\uff0c\u5168\u9762\u4e14\u5b8c\u6574\u5730\u62ab\u9732\u5404\u81ea\u7684\u8cc7\u7522\u60c5\u6cc1\uff0c\u662f\u6709\u6548\u5b8c\u6210\u8ca1\u7522\u6e05\u7b97\u4e2d\u6975\u5176\u91cd\u8981\u7684\u4e00\u6b65\uff01<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u8ca1\u7522\u6e05\u7b97\u7684\u512a\u52e2<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u66f4\u597d\u5730\u63a7\u5236 &#8211; \u5354\u5546\/\u540c\u610f\u60a8\u60f3\u8981\u6216\u8005\u8a8d\u70ba\u5408\u7406\u7684\u689d\u4ef6\uff1b<\/li>\n<li>\u8cbb\u7528\u8207\u8a34\u8a1f\u7a0b\u5e8f\u76f8\u6bd4\u8f03\u4f4e\uff1b<\/li>\n<li>\u6d41\u7a0b\u6240\u82b1\u8cbb\u7684\u6642\u9593\u8f03\u77ed &#8211; \u4ee5\u4fbf\u60a8\u53ef\u4ee5\u66f4\u5feb\u5730\u958b\u59cb\u201c\u65b0\u751f\u6d3b\u201d\uff1b\u4ee5\u53ca<\/li>\n<li>\u8207\u8a34\u8a1f\u7a0b\u5e8f\u76f8\u6bd4\u8f03\uff0c\u96d9\u65b9\u53ef\u4ee5\u8f03\u70ba\u548c\u5e73\u7684\u5354\u5546\u3002<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>\u5169\u7a2e\u8ca1\u7522\u6e05\u7b97\u7684\u65b9\u5f0f<\/h3>\n<p>\u96d9\u65b9\u5728\u4e0d\u901a\u904e\u8a34\u8a1f\u65b9\u5f0f\u7684\u60c5\u6cc1\u4e0b\uff0c\u53ef\u4ee5\u6709\u4ee5\u4e0b\u5169\u7a2e\u4e0d\u540c\u7684\u8ca1\u7522\u6e05\u7b97\/\u548c\u89e3\u7684\u65b9\u5f0f\uff1a<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u8ca1\u52d9\u5354\u8b70\uff1b\u6216<\/li>\n<li>\u7533\u8acb\u540c\u610f\u4ee4\u3002<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>\u8ca1\u52d9\u5354\u8b70<\/h3>\n<p>\u6709\u6642\u4e5f\u6703\u88ab\u7a31\u70ba\u201c\u5a5a\u524d\u5354\u8b70\u201d\uff0c\u4f46\u6839\u64da\u5bb6\u5ead\u6cd5\u7684\u5b9a\u7fa9\uff0c\u6b63\u5f0f\u61c9\u88ab\u7a31\u70ba\u201c<span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">\u8ca1\u52d9\u5354\u8b70<\/span>\u201d\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u9019\u662f\u60a8\u548c\u60a8\u7684\u524d\u4f34\u4fb6\u4ee5\u66f8\u9762\u7684\u5f62\u5f0f\uff0c\u5c31\u96d9\u65b9\u8ca1\u7522\u6e05\u7b97\u5b89\u6392\u9054\u6210\u4e00\u81f4\u7684\u5354\u8b70\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u8ca1\u52d9\u5354\u8b70\u662f\u5177\u6709\u6cd5\u5f8b\u7d04\u675f\u529b\u7684\u6587\u4ef6\uff0c\u5354\u8b70\u66f8\u7684\u539f\u4ef6\u7531\u96d9\u65b9\u6216\u8005\u7576\u4e8b\u4eba\u7684\u5f8b\u5e2b\u4ee3\u5176\u4fdd\u7ba1\uff0c\u60df\u4e26\u672a\u6709\u905e\u4ea4\u81f3\u6cd5\u9662\u5099\u6848\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u8981\u7c3d\u7f72\u8ca1\u52d9\u5354\u8b70\u524d\uff0c\u60a8\u548c\u60a8\u7684\u524d\u4f34\u4fb6\u5728\u7c3d\u7f72\u5354\u8b70\u524d\u90fd\u5fc5\u9808\u8058\u8acb\u5404\u81ea\u7684\u5f8b\u5e2b\u5c31\u64ec\u5b9a\u7684\u201c\u8ca1\u52d9\u5354\u8b70\u201d\u7684\u689d\u6b3e\u4f5c\u51fa\u7368\u7acb\u4e14\u5c08\u696d\u7684\u6cd5\u5f8b\u5efa\u8b70\uff0c\u4ee5\u4f7f\u8a72\u8ca1\u52d9\u5354\u8b70\u5177\u6709\u6cd5\u5f8b\u7684\u7d04\u675f\u529b\u3002<\/p>\n<figure
