{"id":1487,"date":"2019-10-23T15:29:53","date_gmt":"2019-10-23T05:29:53","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/timeslawyers.com.au\/legal_services\/domestic-violence\/"},"modified":"2022-01-05T14:48:52","modified_gmt":"2022-01-05T04:48:52","slug":"domestic-violence","status":"publish","type":"legal_services","link":"https:\/\/timeslawyers.com.au\/zh-hant\/legal_services\/domestic-violence\/","title":{"rendered":"\u5bb6\u5ead\u66b4\u529b"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>\u8ab0\u662f\u771f\u6b63\u7684\u66b4\u529b\u8005\uff1f<\/h2>\n<p>\u5982\u679c\u60a8\u56e0\u5bb6\u5ead\u66b4\u529b\u4ee4\uff08DVO\uff09\u800c\u9762\u81e8\u6307\u63a7\u9700\u8981\u4e0a\u6cd5\u5ead\u7684\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u53ef\u4ee5\u5e6b\u52a9\u60a8\u91dd\u5c0d\u6307\u63a7\u9032\u884c\u6297\u8faf\uff0c\u6216\u8005\u5c0d\u65bc\u6307\u63a7\u7533\u8acb\u9858\u610f\u63a5\u53d7\u8a72\u547d\u4ee4\u4e26\u4f46\u4e0d\u8a8d\u7f6a\uff0c\u6216\u8005\u5e6b\u60a8\u8faf\u8b77\u4ee5\u6e1b\u8f15\u8655\u7f70\u3002\u806f\u7e6b\u6211\u5011\u544a\u77e5\u60a8\u7684\u5177\u9ad4\u60c5\u6cc1\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u6703\u91dd\u5c0d\u60a8\u7684\u60c5\u6cc1\u70ba\u60a8\u63d0\u4f9b\u9069\u5408\u7684\u6cd5\u5f8b\u5e6b\u52a9\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5982\u679c\u60a8\u662f\u771f\u6b63\u7684\u5bb6\u5ead\u66b4\u529b\u7684\u53d7\u5bb3\u8005\uff0c\u4f46\u662f\u537b\u88ab\u65bd\u66b4\u8005\u5411\u6cd5\u5ead\u7533\u8acb\u5bb6\u5ead\u66b4\u529b\u4ee4\uff08DVO\uff09\u5c0d\u4f60\u4f5c\u51fa\u8d77\u8a34\uff0c\u60a8\u8a72\u600e\u9ebc\u8fa6\uff1f\u5982\u679c\u60a8\u8a8d\u70ba\u8a72\u5bb6\u5ead\u66b4\u529b\u4ee4\uff08DVO\uff09\u88ab\u932f\u8aa4\u5be6\u65bd\u800c\u60a8\u5e0c\u671b\u5c0d\u6b64\u4f5c\u51fa\u6297\u8faf\uff0c\u8acb\u806f\u7e6b\u6211\u5011\u5c0b\u6c42\u6709\u6548\u7684\u6cd5\u5f8b\u5e6b\u52a9\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5bb6\u5ead\u66b4\u529b\u6848\u4ef6\u901a\u5e38\u90fd\u6703\u6d89\u53ca\u5230\u5211\u6cd5\u3002\u5982\u679c\u60a8\u9055\u53cd\u4e86\u91dd\u5c0d\u60a8\u5be6\u65bd\u7684\u5bb6\u5ead\u66b4\u529b\u4ee4\uff0c\u90a3\u9ebc\u60a8\u5f88\u53ef\u80fd\u6703\u89f8\u72af\u5211\u6cd5\u69cb\u6210\u5211\u4e8b\u72af\u7f6a\u3002\u6b64\u5916\uff0c\u6839\u64da\u6240\u6d89\u53ca\u7684\u50b7\u5bb3\u6216\u8650\u5f85\u7684\u56b4\u91cd\u7a0b\u5ea6\uff0c\u8b66\u5bdf\u6709\u6b0a\u6839\u64da\u300a1899 \uf98e\u5211\u4e8b\u6cd5\u5178\u6cd5\uf9a8\u300b\u5411\u60a8\u63d0\u544a\u3002\u8acb\u7acb\u5373\u806f\u7e6b\u6211\u5011\u544a\u77e5\u60a8\u7684\u60c5\u6cc1\uff0c\u6839\u64da\u60a8\u7684\u5177\u9ad4\u60c5\u6cc1\u6211\u5011\u5c07\u70ba\u63d0\u4f9b\u76f8\u95dc\u7684\u6cd5\u5f8b\u5efa\u8b70\uff01<\/p>\n<h2>\u4f55\u7a2e\u60c5\u6cc1\u53ef\u69cb\u6210\u5bb6\u5ead\u66b4\u529b\uff1f<\/h2>\n<p>\u5bb6\u5ead\u66b4\u529b\u5305\u62ec\u8eab\u9ad4\u66b4\u529b\uff0c\u7d93\u6fdf\u66b4\u529b\uff0c\u7cbe\u795e\u4e0a\u7684\uff0c\u6216\u8005\u6027\u8650\u5f85\u3002\u9019\u4e9b\u66b4\u529b\u554f\u984c\u90fd\u6703\u5e79\u64fe\u4e26\u640d\u5bb3\u60a8\u5b50\u5973\u7684\u5065\u5eb7\u3002\u5982\u679c\u60a8\u906d\u5230\u5bb6\u5ead\u66b4\u529b\uff0c\u60a8\u53ef\u4ee5\u901a\u904e\u7533\u8acb\u5bb6\u5ead\u66b4\u529b\u4ee4\u4ee5\u78ba\u4fdd\u60a8\u7684\u5b89\u5168\u3002<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u8eab\u9ad4\u8650\u5f85\u00a0 &#8211;\u00a0 \u5a01\u8105\u6216\u51fa\u73fe\u5be6\u8cea\u4e0a\u7684\u50b7\u5bb3\uff08\u4f8b\u5982\uff1a\u6bc6\u6253\u3001\u76ae\u5e36\u62bd\u6253\u3001\u634f\u6390\u62cd\u6253\u3001\u8e22\u8e39\u3001\u63a8\u6421\u6216\u63a8\u64e0\u4ed6\/\u5979\u4eba\uff0c\u50b7\u5bb3\u4ed6\/\u5979\u4eba\u7684\u5bf5\u7269\u6216\u7834\u58de\u5176\u8ca1\u7522\u7b49\u60c5\u6cc1\uff09\uff1b<\/li>\n<li>\u6027\u8650\u5f85\u00a0
