href=\"https:\/\/timeslawyers.com.au\/zh-hant\/legal_services\/%e5%8d%b0%e8%8a%b1%e7%a8%85\/\">\u623f\u7522\u8f49\u8b93\u7a05\uff08\u5370\u82b1\u7a05\uff09<\/a>\u6587\u4ef6\u4e26\u8a3b\u518a\u3002<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u5728\u60a8\u7c3d\u7f72\u5408\u7d04\u524d\uff0c\u8acb\u806f\u7e6b\u6211\u5011\u5c0b\u6c42\u6cd5\u5f8b\u5efa\u8b70\u3002\u4f5c\u70ba\u5c08\u696d\u7684\u623f\u7522\u8cb7\u8ce3\u5f8b\u5e2b\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u78ba\u4fdd\u60a8\u5c07\u6703\u7372\u5f97\u8207\u60a8\u5408\u7d04\u76f8\u95dc\u7684\u6cd5\u5f8b\u5efa\u8b70\uff0c\u4e26\u53ef\u4ee5\u5728\u60a8\u7c3d\u7f72\u5408\u7d04\u524d\u6e05\u695a\u7684\u4e86\u89e3\u81ea\u5df1\u7684\u6b0a\u5229\u548c\u7fa9\u52d9\u4ee5\u78ba\u4fdd\u60a8\u7684\u6b0a\u76ca\u3002<\/p>\n<h3>\u5be9\u95b1\u623f\u7522\u8cfc\u8cb7\u5408\u7d04<\/h3>\n<p><strong>\u6b63\u5982\u4e4b\u524d\u6240\u8ff0\uff0c\u60a8\u9996\u5148\u9700\u8981\u505a\u7684\u7b2c\u4e00\u4ef6\u4e8b\u5c31\u662f\u5728\u60a8\u7c3d\u7f72\u5408\u7d04\u524d\u5411\u6211\u5011\u63d0\u4f9b\u5df2\u8349\u64ec\u7684\u5408\u7d04\u4e26\u5c0b\u6c42\u6cd5\u5f8b\u5efa\u8b70\uff01\u60a8\u9700\u8981\u6e05\u695a\u77e5\u9053\u60a8\u8981\u7c3d\u7f72\u7684\u5408\u7d04\u689d\u6b3e\u4e2d\u662f\u5426\u6703\u5c0d\u60a8\u7684\u6b0a\u76ca\u4e0d\u5229\u7684\uff0c\u60a8\u5f88\u96e3\u53bb\u8981\u6c42\u5c0d\u65b9\u64a4\u92b7\u6216\u4fee\u6539\u60a8\u5df2\u7d93\u7c3d\u7f72\u7684\u6709\u6548\u5408\u7d04\u3002<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u6211\u5011\u5c07\u6703\u91dd\u5c0d\u5f9e\u7c3d\u7f72\u5408\u7d04\u958b\u59cb\u7684\u7b2c\u4e00\u6b65\u76f4\u5230\u5b8c\u6210\u4ea4\u6613\u5411\u60a8\u63d0\u4f9b\u6307\u5c0e\u4ee5\u53ca\u6cd5\u5f8b\u7684\u5c08\u696d\u5efa\u8b70\u3002<\/p>\n<h3>\u5408\u7d04\u689d\u6b3e\u72c0\u6cc1<\/h3>\n<p>\u901a\u5e38\u60c5\u6cc1\uff0c\u5408\u7d04\u4e2d\u90fd\u6703\u6709\u4e00\u4e9b\u689d\u6b3e\u662f\u9700\u8981\u60a8\u9032\u4e00\u6b65\u78ba\u8a8d\u662f\u5426\u5df2\u7d93\u6eff\u8db3\u689d\u6b3e\u8981\u6c42\u3002\u4f8b\u5982\uff0c\u8ca1\u52d9\u72c0\u6cc1\u4ee5\u53ca\u623f\u5c4b\u548c\u5bb3\u87f2\u6aa2\u67e5\u7684\u72c0\u6cc1\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u6211\u5011\u7684\u623f\u7522\u8cb7\u8ce3\u5f8b\u5e2b\u5c07\u6703\u5411\u60a8\u8a73\u7d30\u8aaa\u660e\u9019\u4e9b\u689d\u6b3e\u3002\u6211\u5011\u4e0d\u50c5\u6703\u70ba\u60a8\u5be9\u95b1\u623f\u5c4b\u6aa2\u67e5\u5831\u544a\uff0c\u4e26\u544a\u77e5\u60a8\u767c\u73fe\u7684\u554f\u984c\uff0c\u9084\u6703\u5354\u52a9\u60a8\u8207\u60a8\u7684\u9280\u884c\u6216\u91d1\u878d\u6a5f\u69cb\u6e9d\u901a\uff0c\u4ee5\u78ba\u4fdd\u60a8\u53ef\u4ee5\u5728\u5408\u7d04\u8981\u6c42\u671f\u9650\u5167\u78ba\u8a8d\u8cb8\u6b3e\u6279\u51c6\u7684\u72c0\u6cc1\u3002<\/p>\n<p><img
