href=\"https:\/\/timeslawyers.com.au\/zh-hant\/legal_services\/i-am-buying\/\">\u60a8\u662f\u8cb7\u5bb6<\/a>\uff0c\u4e26\u4e14\u60a8\u9700\u8981\u5411\u9280\u884c\u6216\u8005\u91d1\u878d\u6a5f\u69cb\u7533\u8acb\u8cb8\u6b3e\u7684\u60c5\u6cc1\u4e0b\uff0c\u60a8\u9700\u8981\u78ba\u4fdd\u5728\u60a8\u7684\u5408\u7d04\u88cf\u6709\u6dfb\u52a0\u78ba\u8a8d\u8ca1\u52d9\u72c0\u6cc1\u7684\u689d\u6b3e\u3002\u9019\u610f\u5473\u8457\uff0c\u5982\u679c\u60a8\u7684\u8cb8\u6b3e\u7533\u8acb\u672a\u80fd\u7372\u5f97\u6279\u6e96\uff0c\u90a3\u9ebd\u60a8\u6709\u6b0a\u8981\u6c42\u7d42\u6b62\u8cfc\u8cb7\u5408\u7d04\u4e26\u7121\u9700\u652f\u4ed8\u4efb\u4f55\u9055\u7d04\u91d1\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5982\u679c<a href=\"https:\/\/timeslawyers.com.au\/zh-hant\/legal_services\/conveyancing-selling-property\/\">\u60a8\u662f\u8ce3\u5bb6<\/a>\u9700\u8981\u51fa\u552e\u623f\u7522\u6642\uff0c\u5982\u679c\u8cb7\u5bb6\u672a\u80fd\u5728\u898f\u5b9a\u7684\u671f\u9650\u5167\u5411\u60a8\u78ba\u8a8d\u5176\u8cb8\u6b3e\u7684\u8ca1\u52d9\u72c0\u6cc1\uff0c\u90a3\u9ebd\u60a8\u5c07\u6709\u6b0a\u8981\u6c42\u7d42\u6b62\u5408\u7d04\u3002<\/p>\n<h3>\u7533\u8acb\u8cb8\u6b3e\u7684\u671f\u9650<\/h3>\n<p><strong>\u5728\u6cd5\u5f8b\u4e0a\uff0c\u5c0d\u65bc\u8ca1\u52d9\u72c0\u6cc1\u78ba\u8a8d\u9700\u8981\u591a\u9577\u6642\u9593\u4e26\u6c92\u6709\u56b4\u683c\u7684\u8981\u6c42\u3002\u5982\u679c\u60a8\u662f\u8cb7\u5bb6\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u5efa\u8b70\u4e00\u822c\u5be9\u6279\u6642\u9593\u70ba14\u5929\u3002<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u5927\u591a\u6578\u7684\u9280\u884c\u6216\u8005\u91d1\u878d\u6a5f\u69cb\u90fd\u53ef\u4ee5\u572814\u5929\u5167\u5b8c\u6210\u76f8\u95dc\u7684\u8ca1\u52d9\u5be9\u6838\u6d41\u7a0b\u91dd\u5c0d\u60a8\u7684\u8cb8\u6b3e\u7533\u8acb\u7d66\u4e88\u6700\u7d42\u7684\u78ba\u8a8d\uff0c\u4f46\u5982\u679c\u60a8\u7684\u9280\u884c\u6216\u91d1\u878d\u6a5f\u69cb\u9700\u8981\u66f4\u9577\u7684\u6642\u9593\u4f86\u5b8c\u6210\u8a72\u6d41\u7a0b\uff0c\u90a3\u9ebd\u60a8\u4e5f\u53ef\u4ee5\u8981\u6c42\u78ba\u8a8d\u5468\u671f\u70ba21\u5929\u6216\u8005\u751a\u81f3\u66f4\u9577\u7684\u6642\u9593\uff0c\u4f46\u9084\u662f\u9700\u8981\u9075\u5b88\u96d9\u65b9\u5df2\u7c3d\u8a02\u7684\u5408\u7d04\u70ba\u6e96\u5247\u3002<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u901a\u5e38\u60c5\u6cc1\u4e0b\uff0c\u8ce3\u5bb6\u6703\u8981\u6c42\u7d66\u4e88\u60a87\u5929\u7684\u6642\u9593\u4f86\u78ba\u8a8d\u8cb8\u6b3e\u4e8b\u5b9c\u3002\u5728\u9019\u7a2e\u60c5\u6cc1\u4e0b\uff0c\u60a8\u9700\u8981\u7b2c\u4e00\u6642\u9593\u806f\u7e6b\u60a8\u7684\u9280\u884c\u6216\u91d1\u878d\u6a5f\u69cb\u53bb\u78ba\u8a8d\uff0c\u4ed6\u5011\u662f\u5426\u53ef\u4ee5\u57287\u5929\u5167\u8655\u7406\u4e26\u5b8c\u6210\u60a8\u7684\u8cb8\u6b3e\u7533\u8acb\u3002\u6839\u64da\u6211\u5011\u7684\u7d93\u9a57\uff0c\u5982\u679c\u60a8\u5df2\u5f9e\u60a8\u7684\u8cb8\u6b3e\u6a5f\u69cb\u7372\u5f97\u4e86\u8cb8\u6b3e\u7684\u9810\u6279\u51fd\uff0c\u90a3\u9ebd\u901a\u5e38\u60c5\u6cc1\u4e0b\u4ed6\u5011\u53ef\u4ee5\u57287\u5929\u5167\u9806\u5229\u5b8c\u6210\u60a8\u8cb8\u6b3e\u6700\u7d42\u5be9\u6838\u7684\u624b\u7e8c\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5728\u60a8\u7c3d\u8a02\u5408\u7d04\u5f8c\uff0c\u8acb\u7acb\u5373\u806f\u7e6b\u60a8\u7684\u9280\u884c\u6216\u91d1\u878d\u6a5f\u69cb\u78ba\u8a8d\u7e7c\u7e8c\u5b8c\u6210\u60a8\u8cb8\u6b3e\u5be9\u6279\u7684\u6700\u5f8c\u6d41\u7a0b\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4ee5\u4e0a\u4fe1\u606f\u50c5\u4f9b\u53c3\u8003\u3002\u8acb\u60a8\u806f\u7e6b\u6211\u5011\u4e26\u9810\u7d04\u521d\u6b65\u54a8\u8a62\u6703\u8b70\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u6703\u5c07\u6839\u64da\u60a8\u500b\u4eba\u7684\u7368\u7279\u60c5\u6cc1\u70ba\u60a8\u63d0\u4f9b\u66f4\u9032\u4e00\u6b65\u7684\u8a73\u7d30\u5efa\u8b70\uff01<\/p>\n<figure
