{"id":1829,"date":"2019-10-23T14:50:56","date_gmt":"2019-10-23T04:50:56","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/timeslawyers.com.au\/?post_type=legal_services&#038;p=1829"},"modified":"2022-09-19T17:28:57","modified_gmt":"2022-09-19T07:28:57","slug":"stamp-duty","status":"publish","type":"legal_services","link":"https:\/\/timeslawyers.com.au\/zh-hant\/legal_services\/stamp-duty\/","title":{"rendered":"\u5370\u82b1\u7a05"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>\u5370\u82b1\u7a05<\/h2>\n<p><strong>\u5728\u60a8\u8cfc\u8cb7\u623f\u7522\u7684\u540c\u6642\uff0c\u60a8\u5c07\u6703\u9700\u8981\u652f\u4ed8\u8f49\u8b93\u7a05\uff08\u53c8\u7a31\u70ba\u201c\u5370\u82b1\u7a05\u201d\uff09\u3002<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u5982\u679c\u60a8\u8981\u8cfc\u8cb7\u623f\u7522\uff0c\u5247\u8981\u4e86\u89e3\u60a8\u9700\u8981\u652f\u4ed8\u591a\u5c11\u623f\u7522\u8f49\u8b93\u7a05\uff1f\u6216\u8005\uff0c\u60a8\u662f\u5426\u6709\u8cc7\u683c\u7533\u8acb\u6e1b\u514d\u623f\u7522\u8f49\u8b93\u7a05\uff1f\u5982\u679c\u60a8\u7b26\u5408\u7533\u8acb\u8cc7\u683c\uff0c\u60a8\u5728\u59d4\u6258\u6211\u5011\u8655\u7406\u6709\u95dc\u60a8\u623f\u7522\u8cb7\u8ce3\u6642\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u5c07\u6703\u4ee3\u60a8\u7533\u8acb\u6e1b\u514d\u623f\u7522\u8f49\u8b93\u7a05\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u6211\u5011\u662f\u7b26\u5408\u8cc7\u683c\u7684\u8f49\u8b93\u7a05\u81ea\u6211\u8a55\u4f30\u8a3b\u518a\u8005\u3002\u806f\u7e6b\u6211\u5011\u4ee5\u7372\u5f97\u66f4\u591a\u5efa\u8b70\uff01<\/p>\n<h3>\u4ec0\u9ebd\u662f\u5370\u82b1\u7a05\uff1f<\/h3>\n<p>\u5370\u82b1\u7a05\u4e5f\u88ab\u7a31\u70ba\u201c\u8f49\u8b93\u7a05\u201d\uff0c\u5b83\u662f\u5728\u623f\u7522\u767c\u751f\u201c\u8f49\u8b93\u201d\u6642\u9700\u8981\u652f\u4ed8\u7684\u4e00\u7a2e\u7a05\u91d1\u3002\u5370\u82b1\u7a05\u662f\u7531\u623f\u7522\u8cfc\u8cb7\u8005\u4f86\u652f\u4ed8\u7684\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u9700\u8981\u652f\u4ed8\u5370\u82b1\u7a05\u7684\u91d1\u984d\u53d6\u6c7a\u65bc\u623f\u7522\u7684\u8cfc\u8cb7\u50f9\u683c\u3002\u623f\u7522\u50f9\u503c\u8d8a\u9ad8\uff0c\u8cb7\u5bb6\u9700\u8981\u652f\u4ed8\u7684\u5370\u82b1\u7a05\u91d1\u984d\u5c31\u8d8a\u9ad8\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5982\u679c\u60a8\u6253\u7b97\u5c07\u8a72\u623f\u7522\u5217\u70ba\u60a8\u7684\u81ea\u4f4f\u623f\uff0c\u4e26\u6703\u5728\u8cfc\u8cb7\u8a72\u623f\u7522\u5f8c\u642c\u5165\u5c45\u4f4f\uff0c\u90a3\u9ebd\u60a8\u53ef\u4ee5\u7533\u8acb\u5370\u82b1\u7a05\u6e1b\u514d\u3002\u5982\u679c\u9019\u662f\u60a8\u8cfc\u7f6e\u7684\u7b2c\u4e00\u500b\u623f\u7522\uff0c\u4e26\u4e14\u60a8\u5c07\u6703\u5728\u8cfc\u7f6e\u5f8c\u642c\u5165\u5c45\u4f4f\u7684\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u53ef\u4ee5\u70ba\u60a8\u7533\u8acb\u201c\u9996\u6b21\u8cfc\u623f\u514d\u7a05\u201d\uff0c\u4f46\u9019\u4e5f\u9700\u8981\u53d6\u6c7a\u60a8\u8cfc\u7f6e\u7684\u623f\u7522\u50f9\u503c\u800c\u5b9a\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4f46\u662f\uff0c\u5982\u679c\u60a8\u4e26\u975e\u6fb3\u6d32\u516c\u6c11\uff0c\u90a3\u9ebd\u60a8\u5c07\u4e0d\u80fd\u7372\u5f97\u4efb\u4f55\u5370\u82b1\u7a05\u7a05\u91d1\u7684\u6e1b\u514d\uff0c\u9664\u6b64\u4e4b\u5916\u6309\u7167\u8981\u6c42\u60a8\u9084\u5c07\u88ab\u8981\u6c42\u652f\u4ed8\u984d\u5916\u7684\u5370\u82b1\u7a05\uff0c\u53c8\u7a31\u201c\u6d77\u5916\u4eba\u58eb\u984d\u5916\u8f49\u8b93\u7a05\u91d1\uff08AFAD\uff09\u201d\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5982\u679c\u60a8\u6709\u9700\u8981\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u5f88\u9858\u610f\u70ba\u60a8\u8a55\u4f30\u60a8\u9700\u8981\u652f\u4ed8\u7684\u5370\u82b1\u7a05\u91d1\u984d\uff0c\u4e26\u70ba\u60a8\u586b\u5beb\u9700\u8981\u7533\u8acb\u7684\u76f8\u95dc\u8868\u683c\uff0c\u4ee3\u8868\u60a8\u5411\u6fb3\u6d32\u570b\u5bb6\u7a05\u52d9\u5c40\uff08OSR\uff09\u7533\u8acb\u5370\u82b1\u7a05\u7684\u8a3b\u518a\u5de5\u4f5c\u3002<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #4379ba;\"><strong>\u9700\u8981\u7e73\u7d0d\u5370\u82b1\u7a05\u7684\u5e7e\u7a2e\u60c5\u6cc1\uff1a<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u7576\u60a8\u8cfc\u8cb7\u571f\u5730\u6216\u4e0d\u52d5\u7522\u6642\uff08\u9664\u975e\u60a8\u6709\u8cc7\u683c\u7533\u8acb\u9996\u6b21\u8cfc\u623f\u7a05\u984d\u6e1b\u514d\uff0c\u4e14\u60a8\u8cfc\u7f6e\u7684\u623f\u7522\u91d1\u984d\u5728$550,000.00
