Phoebe Fan

Phoebe’s strength and passion is deeply rooted in top notch client servicing and communication. She is warm and bubbly, and is primarily focused and experienced in public relations and brand marketing.

At a very young age, Phoebe had already helped various international organisations further their brand to a world class level, and was also actively involved in developing key communication campaigns for international brands. She often had to travel the world to meet important clients, and through her vibrant experience in top tier client servicing she had developed valuable skills in high quality customer service.

After migrating from Hong Kong to Australia in 2019 and taking some well-deserved time off, Phoebe later resumed her career at Times Lawyers as a Legal Secretary. She has worked her way up very quickly, from a busy conveyancing officer to becoming heavily involved in our Family Law division, and now she assists in the most important legal matters of the law firm and spends a lot of time in client liaison.

Apart from that, she also supervises the Marketing Division of the whole “Times” brand, including Times Lawyers, Times GP, Times Beauty and Times Digital Marketing.

Phoebe is also the personal assistant of the Principal Solicitor of Times Lawyers (she’s a Supergirl!).

With her cheerful, outgoing and loving personality, everyone in the law firm loves Phoebe! You can be sure that you will be looked after well by Phoebe, who genuinely cares for what you need.

During weekends, besides enjoying time with family and friends, Phoebe loves watching horror movies and dramas (she has watched many of them – you name it)! She is also a coffeeholic (definitely not a tea person)!
