Employer Sponsored Visa

If you have found an employer in Australia to sponsor you, you should consider applying for an Employer Sponsored visa.

There are 3 main types of Employer Sponsored visas:

1. Direct Entry stream
2. Labour Agreement stream, and
3. Temporary Residence Transition stream

Direct Entry Steam

This visa allows skilled workers to live and work in Australia permanently.

• You must be nominated by an Australian employer
• Your occupation must be on the list of eligible skilled occupations
• You must have at least competent English

Labour Agreement Steam

This stream is suitable for people if you are currently working for an employer who is a party to a labour agreement. This visa allows skilled workers to live and work in Australia permanently.

• The employer must have a labour agreement

Temporary Residence Transition Steam

This visa allows skilled workers to live and work in Australia permanently.

1. You must hold a 457, TSS or related bridging visa A, B or C
2. You must have worked for your employer full-time for at least 3 years
3. You must be nominated by our employer
